Is women’s intuition a super power?

IMG_2083.jpg

One thing I know for sure is that women’s intuition is a force to be reckoned with.

Whether it’s a sixth since about a loved one, our health or a particular situation, when we follow our instincts we’re generally on point.

I feel moved to celebrate what it is to be a woman and champion the inner voice that guides us. We don’t give ourselves enough credit.  We have super powers and take them for granted.

How many times have you looked back on a situation and thought, “I knew something was off” or “this decision may not make sense to anyone else but it feels like the right thing to do for me”?

When we honor that inner voice mind, body and spirit are in agreement and we can proceed with alignment.

However, if you feel disconnected from your inner yin it’s not lost it just may be very soft from years of second guessing it.

I’ve recently seen a range of female patients who in one way or another were forced to reconnect with their inner intuition- their inner yin.

Their bodies started yelling at them to stop what they were doing and listen, pausing life for a minute.

When this happens and the body needs attention in order to engage in daily living, it’s beckoning for greater consciousness when making day to day life choices. Symptoms are a way the body communicates to get you to start listening to your intuition.

I like to call this intuitive voice of the body the inner yin because it’s quiet yet powerful.

Yin can be equated to the mighty force of a quiet river or the shade under a tree that provides for moist nurturing soil. Yin is cooling, yin is calm, yin is power through stillness.

When it comes to health, I want to implore you to follow your intuition.

If something seems off with your body, get checked.

Furthermore, if you move to check up on a friend… nudged to peek over and observe your kids playing… called for a purpose… create a plan of action that you were inspired to write…  inclined to modify obligations…

LISTEN TO YOUR INTUITION… IT WILL TAKE YOU FAR.

I hope this has been insightful for you.

Until next time….

Blessings,
